Our Staff

Our audit staff is supported by a professional staff of Audit Coordinators that oversee all daily aspects of the auditing process, from scheduling and organizing to the release of a final report product.  They are accountable for obtaining current information from our clients, brokers and entities, securing specific auditor instruction and matching auditor experience to each assignment.  Through regular communication with our clients, the Audit Coordinators ensure the most efficient travel schedules to accommodate multiple audit trips and assist the auditors with preparation and implementation of the designated audit process.

Bob Drag

President

Bob is a forty-three year veteran of the insurance and reinsurance industry. He is the founder of Altair and remains very active with involvement in every assignment performed by other members of the team, in addition to completing client projects himself. 

Cynthia Meardon

Chief Audit Officer

Cynthia manages the day-to-day Altair operations.  Her responsibilities include audit coordination and scheduling for the London market, as well as supervision of departmental activities. She works closely with our office and auditing staff regarding all aspects of the audit process, including proposal quotations.

 

Bai Vang

Audit Coordinator

Bai Vang is one of four Altair Audit Coordinators. She works closely with our auditing staff regarding the coordination of final report presentations to our clients.  Bai is also very active in the invoicing process. 

 

Mai See Thao

Audit Coordinator  - Marketing and Billing Specialist

Mai See is one of four Altair Audit Coordinators. She works closely with our auditing staff regarding the coordination of final report presentations to our clients.  Mai See is also responsible for our Coverholder client invoicing, marketing and assists Cynthia in the audit scheduling for the London markets.

 

 

Michael Drag

IT Operations

Michael Drag handles all operational technology considerations for Altair. His team provides technology solutions for auditors to improve audit efficiency and accuracy. Michael also provides IT system audits for Altair clients.

Pa Xiong

Audit Coordinator Manager 

Pa Xiong works closely with our Bermuda and USA clients, as well as assisting with London. She is also responsible for our claim auditing staff scheduling / traveling and final report presentations.

 

Jane Crank

Travel and Altair Accounts Receivables

Jane Crank's primary responsibilities include providing excellent communication with our clients regarding accounts receivables and works closely with our team regarding travel accommodations.

 

Sue Drag

Comptroller

Sue Drag's primary responsibilities as Altair's Comptroller include accounts payables and receivables, vendor management, bank reconciliation, payroll and taxes. Sue also contributes to the audit coordination process.
