Bob Drag is a forty-three year veteran of the insurance and reinsurance industry. He is the founder of Altair and remains very active with involvement in every assignment performed by other members of the team, in addition to completing client projects himself.

Michael Drag
Michael Drag handles all operational technology considerations for Altair. His team provides technology solutions for auditors to improve audit efficiency and accuracy. Michael also provides IT system audits for Altair clients.

Andrew Hopkins
Andrea Hopkins is responsible for coordinating Altair’s large synchronized projects, ensuring timely completion at Altair's standard of excellent service. In addition, she provides office staff with insight to our client's needs based on her over forty years' experience within the insurance industry.

Ian Rankin
Ian Rankin is located in the United Kingdom (UK). He assists with Altair’s UK clients and Lloyd’s as needed. Ian provides guidance and support to ensure compliance and client satisfaction with Lloyd’s and non-Lloyd’s coverholder and DCA / TPA audit products. In addition, Ian is involved in non-UK products and any special project opportunities that may present themselves.

Tim McGuire stays active as an auditor, while also training new claim auditors who join Altair and providing ongoing training to our current claim staff.

Lorraine Plander stays active as an auditor, while also training new underwriting auditors who join Altair and providing ongoing training to our current underwriting staff.

Pa Xiong
Pa Xiong manages the day-to-day Altair operations, which include overseeing the audit coordination and scheduling for all Altair client markets. She provides operational support to the office staff by offering guidance, input and approvals regarding all aspects of Altair services, including quoting, invoicing, scheduling, auditor management, auditor assignments, performance oversight, client relations and final report presentations. Pa is also responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bills and invoices upon receipt, ensuring funds are properly applied and payments are issued in a timely manner.

Audit Coordinator Manager
Bai Vang
Bai Vang directly manages Altair’s audit schedules from Bermuda clients, as well as oversees services for Altair’s U.S. and London clients. She supports the overall office operations, including management of all Audit Coordinators and audit activities, such as providing guidance, input and approvals for the invoicing process, creation of proposal quotations, performing assignment clearance checks, final report presentations, auditor scheduling and communications.

Nicole Dooley
Nicole Dooley coordinates Lloyd’s market activities and audit operations, while supporting client relations and internal IT functions, including creation and maintenance of Altair’s engineered Scope Testing & Audit Reporting (STAR) Program. She works closely with auditors and clients to facilitate the audit process from planning through final report delivery, while supporting client objectives and managing audit-related requirements.

Christina Anderson-Larson
Christina Anderson-Larson coordinates underwriting and claim services quotations and schedules projects accordingly. She initiates the assignment process, communicates with brokers and clients to confirm timing, and supports report preparation through editing and compilation of final deliverables. Christina supports Altair’s largest special services projects and assists assigned lead auditors.

Nuj Vang
Nuj Vang is responsible for managing all Altair’s Senior Underwriting and Claim Analysts’ audit schedules. She works closely with auditors by providing clear communication / instructions, troubleshooting support and coordinates onboarding for new auditors. She assists in the invoicing process and creation of proposal quotations, as well as the coordination of final report presentations to our clients.

Ali Drag works closely with Altair's auditing staff regarding coordination and finalization of final report presentations and all Altair deliverables to our clients.

Mor Lee
Mor Lee is responsible for providing excellent communication to Altair clients regarding account receivables and works with our team in satisfying all service and marketing travel needs. She manages Altair's marketing trips and schedules, while working closely with Altair's auditing staff regarding coordination and finalization of final report presentations to our clients.
